Each year, the Gundies continue to evolve, For 2025, we’re thrilled to introduce some exciting new features, categories, and even a unique opportunity for fans to attend the ceremony live! Here’s everything you need to know about what’s new for the Gundies Awards 2025.
1. Public Ticket Sales: Join the Celebration in Person!
This year, for the first time, we’re opening up the Gundies to the public, allowing fans to experience the event live at the Venetian Theater in Las Vegas. That means you’ll have the chance to see your favorite creators up close, meet industry influencers, and be part of the electric atmosphere. With the open seating option, you might even find yourself next to one of your favorite “gun tubers” or standing shoulder-to-shoulder with a creator you’ve only seen on social media.

How to Attend: Tickets will be available NOW, so be sure to grab yours early—seats are limited, and we’re expecting them to sell out fast! The best part? A portion of each ticket sale will be donated to Special Operations Wounded Warriors (SOWW), a nonprofit organization that supports veterans by providing service dogs and other critical resources. So not only will you be part of an unforgettable event, but you’ll also be contributing to a great cause.
2. New Award Categories: Spotlighting Fresh Talent and the OGs
We’re introducing new categories that allow the community to highlight both rising stars and the well-established voices who’ve led the way in 2A advocacy. Here’s a look at the exciting additions for 2025:
- King of the Hill: A head-to-head category featuring some of the biggest creators in the industry. This category celebrates those with massive followings, who’ve reached the top of their game and have become household names in the firearms space.
- Top 2A Writer: Honoring writers who bring depth, insight, and thought-provoking perspectives to the 2A conversation. This category was added based on community suggestions, and we’re excited to spotlight the writers who inform and inspire the firearms community.
- Podcast of the Year:
- Emerging Brand of the Year
These new categories not only help us recognize different talents but also keep the awards dynamic and responsive to community feedback.
3. **NEW** Voting Features!
We’re excited to announce new voting features!
- Refer a Friend: Earn an extra vote when you refer a friend to also vote. Each friend you refer gets you 1 extra vote in EVERY Category.
- Extra Votes: Earn additional extra votes if you visit a sponsors website or follow them on social media.
4. Live Double-Feature Event with Unsubscribed Podcast
In true Gundies style, we’re all about making this event as fun and memorable as possible. So, in addition to the awards ceremony, we’re hosting a live episode of the popular Unsubscribed Podcast, right after the Gundies! This exclusive double-feature event will only be available to those attending in person, and it won’t be streamed or recorded—making it a one-of-a-kind experience. You’ll get to see some of your favorite content creators live on stage, sharing laughs and stories in a way that you won’t find online.
5. A GRAND PRIZE TRIP To the Gundies & MORE!
As always, we’re offering great prizes for voters, with each vote you cast being an entry to win.
